Last night, candidates for office in the City of Troy and Rensselaer County gathered at School 12 in a forum arranged by the Troy Neighborhood Action Council, a group of citizen activists. Current Troy City Council President Carmella Mantello and Rensselaer County Legislator Gary Pavlic are both running for the City Council President position. They answered questions posed to them from the audience by moderator Lisa Roberts Lewis of the Albany Times Union.
